What does the Pilot tier actually mean?
We are taking on a small number of design partners through 2026. Pilot firms run real reviews, get the product free for the duration of the engagement, and shape the roadmap directly. There is no graduation deadline.
Why no public per-seat list price?
Practice is published at $240/seat/month annual. Firm pricing is quoted per engagement because the SSO, residency, and isolation work varies firm to firm.
Is there a per-review charge?
No. Reviews, scenarios, and PDFs are unlimited on every paid tier. We charge per seat, never per case.
Can we bring our own AI provider key?
Yes, on Practice and Firm. Bring-your-own-key customers see a proportional reduction on the seat rate.
What about SOC 2 and audit posture?
Today we ship our internal controls documentation under NDA. Formal SOC 2 Type II is in progress, targeting H2 2026. The security page tracks the live posture.
How long is the contract?
Practice is annual. Firm is annual minimum, multi-year on request. Pilot has no contract - it is invite-only.
